Reporting is nothing more than the keeping of records, or it should be anyway. Over the years we have found instances where the data being collected has no direction or rhyme or reason to it. We even had an experience where someone was smashing random letters on a keyboard to get to the next screen for data entry. The result was tens of thousands of records with unusable gibberish.
At Contemporary Analysis we realized there is a better way to find these people. Instead of hiring a new data person, train from within. An external hire has a ramping phase where they will need to learn the systems, procedures, and even culture. An internal person already knows the company and is ready to go immediately.
