Our approach of Internal Training versus external hire gives you a measurable competitive advantage. An additional advantage is who we use to train. CAN sources all instructors from the Omaha Data Science Academy (a CAN subsidiary). This means you get a data scientist extremely knowledgable in real-time application (not just theory) of that skill. Our staff is skilled in helping your team with:

Level Setting: Typically these teams have people of varying skill levels who are contributing to the same project. We identify which skills in which people are missing and design a training regiment to fill in those gaps. This leads to a team that can scale up and down easier, understand each other tasks better, is easier to manage, and leads to a happier team.

New Skill Sets: This is for a company that is making a major change in the platform or software solution(s) they currently use. We help bring a team up to speed quickly with new solutions and provide real-world applications to help reinforce capabilities. These classes are also a great opportunity to identify talent for future projects as well as internal mentors.

Team Expansion: When you have an initial data team and you need to expand quickly, we can train internal company/external team members up to fit into your team. This is similar to level setting but with a new team member.

Custom Formatting: Sometimes the workload of an employee demands training take place after hours. CAN can create custom formatted classes to fit into any schedule-onsite or online.
