While it is not a requirement, we recommend that you provide us access to your current client list, typically through your Customer Relationship Management system, to ensure current clients do not show up in your results. Tracker typically produces a 10 to 50 percent close rate. Results vary by industry, company and target customers. Experienced salespeople and companies typically have the best results.
Tracker is designed to work independent of a platform or system so that it can be implemented easily and without significant cost or burden on your IT department. The inputs to the IntelligentQA system are a series of surveys. The surveys can be programmed into most enterprise customer service systems or as a secure web survey. The data is then processed through IntelligentQA’s proprietary systems, and the output is delivered back your customer service systems, on a secure web based dashboard, or as a paper report.
